According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Zain Ashraf Mukaty, CEO and Director of Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited, now holds a total voting power of 21.2607%, comprising 75,813,113 direct shares (20.9946%) and 961,173 indirect shares (0.2662%). The indirect shares are derived through corporate shareholding proportional to his investments in related corporate entities.

In contrast, Mr. Azam Sakrani, another director of the company, maintains a minimal voting influence, with a total of 30,614 shares, representing only 0.0085% of the total voting power. This includes 30,613 direct shares and a symbolic single share indirectly held.
