Karachi: Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has announced that there will be no dividend payout for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The decision was made during a virtual board meeting held on March 25, 2025. The board of directors opted against issuing cash dividends, bonus shares, right shares, or any other corporate entitlements or actions.

The company’s financial results for the year ended December 31, 2024, were also released. These results include the Statement of Profit and Loss, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Statement of Cashflow, all of which have been made available to the shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled for April 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time in Faisalabad. The register of members will be closed from April 16, 2025, to April 25, 2025. Shareholders listed on the Register of Members as of April 15, 2025, will be eligible to attend the AGM. Transfers received by the company’s Share Registrar, Messrs. THK Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., by the close of business on April 15, 2025, will be processed in time for AGM attendance.
