Karachi, Pakistan Hotels Developers (PHDL) has reported a loss with an EPS of negative 2.62 rupees for the first quarter of the year. The stock price sharply fell to 450.30 rupees after reaching a high of 582.25 rupees earlier. The company's turnover stood at 479,200. Founded in 1981, Pakistan Hotels Developers announced a 60% interim dividend alongside a 40% and 20% annual distribution. The company’s paid-up capital amounts to 180.00 million rupees.
