Karachi: Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) has announced a rescheduled date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), now set for October 21, 2026. The announcement follows a previous communication on September 11, 2026, as the company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited of the changes. The AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. at PRL's premises on Korangi Creek Road in Karachi.

The revised book closure period for the company will be from October 15, 2026, to October 21, 2026, inclusive of both dates. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shares transfers, managed by M/s. FAMCO Share Registration Services (Private) Limited, must be completed by the close of business on October 14, 2026, to be eligible for participation in the AGM.
