Karachi: Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) has announced a new date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was previously set for October 3, 2026. The meeting will now take place on October 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the company's premises on Korangi Creek Road, Karachi.
The decision to reschedule the AGM comes following communications sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited in August, detailing the original scheduling of the meeting. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to review the company's annual financial statements, which will be shared through PUCARS 21 days prior to the AGM.
The revised book closure period for Pakistan Refinery Limited will now span from October 1 to October 7, 2026. Transfer applications submitted to the company's Shares Registrar, FAMCO Share Registration Services (Private) Limited, by the close of business on September 30, 2026, will be considered timely for attending the AGM.
All information has been disseminated to the certificate holders of the exchange, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of these changes and can prepare accordingly for the upcoming meeting.
