Islamabad: Pakistan Services Limited, the owner and operator of Pearl-Continental Hotels, has postponed its Board of Directors' meeting originally scheduled for October 1, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting was set to approve the annual accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. The new date and time for the meeting will be announced to the Exchange as soon as it is determined.

This postponement notice was officially communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange by Muhammad Amir, the Company Secretary of Pakistan Services Limited. Shareholders and the general public will be notified of the rescheduled meeting through the appropriate channels once a new date has been established.
