Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has released the resolutions passed and adopted during its 43rd Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2023.

Ordinary Business:

The members confirmed and approved the minutes of the last annual general meeting, which took place on October 28, 2022.

The annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2023, inclusive of the director’s report and auditors’ report, have been formally adopted by the members.

The firm PKF FRANTS CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS has been re-appointed as the company’s auditors for the year ending on June 30, 2024. The remuneration for the auditors was set through mutual agreement between PKF FRANTS CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS and the Board of Directors of PSX.

Special Business:

The members approved a resolution to disseminate the Annual Audited Financial Statements through QR-enabled codes and web links. This new method will replace the earlier practice of distributing these statements via CD/DVD/USB. Balochistan Glass Limited will implement this method, allowing its members to view and download the annual report via the QR code and provided weblink in the meeting notice.
