Karachi, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ending December 31, 2023. The new deadline for PTCL to conduct its AGM is now set for May 29, 2024.
