Islamabad: Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited has undergone a significant change in its executive team. The company announced today that Ms. Madeeha Arshad Chaudhry has resigned from her position as Company Secretary, effective August 8, 2024. She will be succeeded by Mr. Sarni Zaman, who will assume the role on the same day.

Ms. Chaudhry’s departure marks the end of her tenure with Pakistan Tobacco, where she has served in a key administrative capacity. The reasons for her resignation have not been disclosed. Taking over her duties, Mr. Sarni Zaman brings new leadership to the position. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this transition is part of internal administrative changes within the company.
