The company announced today that Ms. Madeeha Arshad Chaudhry has resigned from her position as Company Secretary, effective August 8, 2024. She will be succeeded by Mr. Sarni Zaman, who will assume the role on the same day.
Ms. Chaudhry’s departure marks the end of her tenure with Pakistan Tobacco, where she has served in a key administrative capacity. The reasons for her resignation have not been disclosed.
