Lahore: Quantum Data Technologies Limited has issued a formal notice concerning its upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place at the company’s registered office located at 7/1, E-3, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore. Set for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the meeting will commence at 9:30 a.m.

As part of the ordinary business, members of the company will first confirm the minutes from the previous AGM, which took place on October 28, 2025. Following this, the agenda includes the presentation and adoption of the audited accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The financial documents will be accompanied by reviews from the Chairman, as well as reports from the Directors and Auditors.

In addition, the AGM will address the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. Saeed-ul-Hassan & Co. Chartered Accountants, the current auditors, are retiring but have expressed their willingness to be considered for reappointment.

Finally, the meeting will allow for the transaction of any other business, contingent upon the approval of the Chair.
