Karachi: A recent notice from THK Associates, serving as the share registrar for MCB Bank Limited, addressed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), announced the loss of specific share certificates. On October 8, 2024, the bank reported that share certificates under folio number 36142, belonging to Samina Nayyar Ahmed, have been declared lost. These certificates were not assigned new numbers and spanned distinctive numbers from 339189430 to 339189479, totaling 50 shares.

The lost certificates were specified in a communication from THK Associates to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), MCB Bank Limited has advised that the information be circulated among the members of the Exchange. The notification emphasizes that if no objections are received within seven days regarding these certificates, duplicate certificates will be issued to the concerned shareholder.

The notice is intended to prevent any unauthorized trading or transactions involving these shares, safeguarding the interests of the shareholder and ensuring the integrity of market operations.
