Lahore: Ruby Textile Mills Ltd. has announced the uncontested election of its board of directors, with seven candidates set to assume positions following the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for May 8, 2026. The meeting will occur at the company’s premises in the Industrial Area of Gulberg-III, Lahore.

The announcement was made in a notice dated April 16, 2026, under Section 159 (4) of the Companies Act, 2017. The candidates, who filed their intentions to contest the election, include Mr. Noor Elahi, Mrs. Parveen Elahi, Mrs. Naheed Javed, Mr. Mansoob Ahmed Khan, Mr. Amjad Shahid, Mr. Hamid Manzoor, and Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed.
