Lahore: Salman Noman Enterprises Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has decided not to issue a dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The announcement came following a board meeting on October 5, 2024, at the company's registered office in Bhai Pheru, District Kasur.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company's financial results indicate a loss before taxation of 24.99 million rupees for the year ended June 30, 2024, consistent with the loss of 26.49 million rupees reported in the previous year. Administrative expenses were slightly reduced from 26.49 million rupees in the previous year to 24.99 million this year.

The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 28, 2024, at the same venue. Share Transfer Books will remain closed from October 21 to October 28, 2024. The annual report will be released through PUCARS in anticipation of the AGM.
