Karachi: Samba Bank Limited has disclosed recent transactions involving shares of the company by a member of its board. According to a statement released under the Pakistan Stock Exchange regulation 5.6.4., Shafqaat Ahmed, an independent director at Samba Bank Limited, executed two separate transactions involving the purchase of shares in the company.
The transactions occurred on July 14, 2025. Shafqaat Ahmed acquired a total of 500 shares through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market category. The initial transaction involved the purchase of 200 shares at a rate of 10.48 per share. This was followed by an additional purchase of 300 shares at a rate of 10.50 per share. These acquisitions represent a cumulative percentage of the company's shares that remains insignificant.
