Karachi, The Board of Directors of The Searle Company Limited will convene on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, in Karachi with provisions for video-conferencing, to consider and potentially approve the condensed interim financial statements for the first quarter, which concluded on March 31, 2024. The meeting will also address the declaration of any entitlements, alongside other agenda items.
In accordance with clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), The Searle Company Limited has announced a "Closed Period" from April 25, 2024, to April 30, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly with the company’s shares.
