Karachi: The Board of Directors of The Searle Company Limited is set to meet on October 7, 2024, in Karachi and via videoconferencing, to review and approve the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. This session will also cover the declaration of any entitlements.

The meeting, crucial for financial oversight, will focus on both separate and consolidated financial documents of the company. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the directors will also assess potential entitlements to be declared following the review of the company’s financial results.
