Karachi: Security Papers Limited has declared a final cash dividend of Rs 9.00 per share, equivalent to 90% for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The announcement was made following a board meeting held on July 30, 2025. This final dividend is in addition to an interim cash dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, or 25%, already distributed earlier in the fiscal year. The cumulative dividend for the year reaches Rs 11.50 per share, representing 115% of the share value.
The dividend is set to be distributed to shareholders whose names are listed in the company's Register of Members at the close of business on September 19, 2025. To facilitate this process, the Share Transfer Books of Security Papers Limited will be closed from September 20, 2025, to September 26, 2025, inclusive.
In compliance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, Security Papers Limited will conduct the dividend payments electronically. This mandates that all listed companies disburse cash dividends directly into shareholders' bank accounts, eliminating the use of physical dividend warrants.
