Karachi, During the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 03, 2023, Service Industries Limited announced the election of nine directors for the next three-year term, commencing from August 04, 2023. The election process was in compliance with Clause 5.6.9(b) of PSX Regulations, as the number of candidates who offered themselves for directorship matched the fixed number of directors under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.
