Karachi: In compliance with regulatory requirements, Shadab Textile Mills Limited has announced the re-election of its Board of Directors for a new three-year term. The announcement was made following the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 28, 2025.

The company, operating within the textile sector, confirmed the continuation of its current leadership structure, as outlined in the provisions of Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017. The re-elected directors will serve from March 28, 2025, and their tenure will extend until 2028.

The board members re-elected to serve the company’s strategic interests include Mian Farrukh Naseem, Mr. Saad Naseem, Mr. Yasir Naseem, Mr. Hamza Naseem, Mr. Fahad Shang, Mr. Ghazanfer Feroz, and Mrs. Fatima Aamir.
