Karachi: Share certificates belonging to Sazgar Engineering Works Limited have been reported lost, according to a disclosure made by Croptech Associates (Pvt.) Limited. The notification was issued on September 5, 2025, detailing the loss and the subsequent actions to be taken.
The report identifies Mrs. Aisha Khatoon, a resident of Karachi, as the holder of the missing share certificates. The shares were reported lost on August 25, 2025. The certificates, which fall under two different folios, amount to a total of 395 shares. The first set, verified, involves 145 shares with certificate numbers ranging from 14675 to 14875. The distinctive numbers for these shares span from 11071306 to 11071450. The second set, yet to be verified, consists of 250 shares under certificate number 15887, with distinctive numbers from 19001417 to 19001666.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), members of the exchange have been advised against dealing in these share certificates. This precautionary measure is to prevent any unauthorized transactions involving the lost shares.
In the event that no objections are filed within seven days from the date of the notice, duplicate share certificates will be issued to Mrs. Khatoon, provided all necessary documentation is completed. The action seeks to restore the shareholder’s records following the procedural guidelines.
