Karachi: According to an announcement circulated via the Pakistan Stock Exchange, FAMCO Share Registration Services has issued a notice regarding the loss of share certificates for Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited. The notice dated October 7, 2024, details the loss of several share certificates owned by Muhammad Iqbal Shaikh. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these shares include a total of 53 shares under certificate number 91101, 13 shares under certificate number 93814, and another 52 shares under certificate number 95559.

The lost certificates include distinctive numbers 22515260, 39059267, 42991414 for the first set, and 22515317, 39059279, 42991465 for the remaining certificates. Muhammad Iqbal Shaikh, whose registered address is Flat No. A, Lammam View Block R, R-1345, 2nd Floor, 15, Federal 'B' Area, Karachi, has been recognized as the owner of these shares.

FAMCO has advised all market participants not to transact these shares until fresh duplicates are issued. The notice mandates that if no objections are raised within 7 days of its publication in newspapers, duplicate certificates will be issued to the shareholder. This precaution is intended to prevent unauthorized dealings and ensure the rightful ownership of the shares.
