Despite the decrease, the company has declared a 30% dividend and a 50% bonus share distribution. Shell's shares reached a high of Rs. 168.48 and a low of Rs. 152.44, with a turnover of 54,358,382 shares. Operating with a paid-up capital of Rs. 2,140.25 million as of December, the next book closure is set for April 17.
