Shifa International Hospitals Director Sells Shares, Reducing Holdings

Karachi: A disclosure report from Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. has revealed that Mohammad Salim Khan, an independent director of the company, executed two transactions involving the sale of shares in the company on July 24 and 25, 2025.

In the first transaction on July 24, Mr. Khan sold 6,553 shares at a rate of 567.00 each, resulting in a cumulative holding of 48,447 shares. The following day, on July 25, he sold an additional 7,500 shares at a rate of 550.00, reducing his cumulative holding to 40,947 shares. This activity has resulted in a minor move in his cumulative percentage of ownership in the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions fall under mandatory disclosure regulations, specifically under clause 5.6.4, which requires directors, CEOs, executives, their spouses, and substantial shareholders to report such dealings.

Market participants and TRE Certificate Holders have been notified of these transactions, as prescribed by the exchange's regulations.
