Shifa International Hospitals Limited Declares Rs. 5.00 Per Share Dividend Amid Financial Growth

Islamabad: Shifa International Hospitals Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, revealing a significant rise in profits and a final cash dividend of Rs. 5.00 per share, translating to 50% of the share value. This declaration was made following a Board of Directors meeting held on September 12, 2026.

The company reported a consolidated total equity of 29.61 billion rupees as of June 30, 2026, marking an increase from 25.01 billion rupees in 2025. The unconsolidated financial position shows a similar upward trend with total equity standing at 25.00 billion rupees, compared to 21.43 billion rupees in the previous year. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Shifa International Hospitals Limited's financial performance reflects a robust expansion in its capital reserves and revenue reserves.

The profit for the year ended June 30, 2026, reached 2.79 billion rupees, up from 2.33 billion rupees in the prior year, indicating a very large or significant move. This growth was complemented by other comprehensive income, which contributed an additional 337.09 million rupees to the total comprehensive income.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for October 24, 2026, at the company's registered office in Islamabad, where further details will be discussed. The share transfer books will remain closed from October 16 to October 24, 2026, as per the company's notification, with any transfers needing to be completed by October 15, 2026, to be eligible for the announced dividend.

Shifa International Hospitals Limited has also highlighted its intention to distribute the annual report through PUCARS at least 21 days before the AGM, with availability on the company's website to ensure shareholders are well-informed ahead of the meeting.
