On April 17, 2025, Mr. Rashid Iaved, who holds a senior management position at Shifa International Hospitals Ltd., executed a transaction to buy 50 shares of the company at a price of 435.00 per share. This purchase was conducted through the Central Depository Company (CDC) and brings Mr. Iaved’s cumulative shareholding to 2,750 shares, maintaining a cumulative percentage of 0.00 of the total shares of the company.
