Karachi: Security Papers Limited has announced a dedicated shuttle service for its shareholders planning to attend the company’s 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The service is set to facilitate transportation on September 25, 2024, enhancing accessibility to the event.

The shuttle, registered under the number JG-0700, will operate exclusively between the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and the SPL Factory in Karachi, where the AGM will be held. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the initiative aims to provide seamless logistical support for certificate holders of the exchange, ensuring their punctual arrival and departure.

Shareholders are scheduled for pickup at the PSX premises and will be transported directly to the SPL Factory. After the conclusion of the AGM, the same shuttle service will return attendees to the PSX. This logistical arrangement underscores Security Papers Limited’s commitment to shareholder engagement and facilitates their participation in the governance of the company.
