Lahore: Sitara Petroleum Service Limited has reported a significant increase in its financial performance for the year ended June 30, 2026, with the Board of Directors announcing a final cash dividend of Rs. 1 per share, equating to a 100 percent payout. The decision was made during a board meeting held on September 22, 2026, in Lahore. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed in the Register of Members as of October 19, 2026.

The company has announced that its Share Transfer Books will remain closed from October 20 to October 27, 2026, inclusive of both dates. Transfers received at the CDC Share Registrar Services Limited in Karachi by the end of business on October 19, 2026, will be eligible for the dividend. Additionally, the Annual General Meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2026, in Lahore.

The financial results reflect substantial growth, with total assets increasing to Rs. 27.25 billion from Rs. 19.76 billion in the previous year. A key highlight includes the jump in non-current assets to Rs. 12.12 billion, compared to Rs. 7.58 billion last year, showcasing a robust expansion in property, plant, and equipment.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Sitara Petroleum's sales amounted to Rs. 133.23 billion, marking a very large or significant move from the previous year's Rs. 121.95 billion. The company reported a gross profit of Rs. 8.05 billion, up from Rs. 5.52 billion, driven by a notable increase in its revenue streams.

The company's profit before taxation rose to Rs. 5.21 billion, a substantial improvement from Rs. 3.22 billion in the prior year. Despite an increase in the levy to Rs. 910.71 million from Rs. 747.10 million, the net profit for the year stood at Rs. 4.98 billion, a very large or significant move compared to Rs. 2.95 billion in 2025.

Furthermore, the company reported an earnings per share increase to Rs. 3.46 from Rs. 2.11, reflecting the firm's strong financial performance and shareholder value enhancement. The comprehensive income for the year was Rs. 4.97 billion, compared to Rs. 2.95 billion the previous year.
