Karachi: SoneriBank has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd. about the tenth profit payment on Term Finance Certificates (ADT- I). The Board of Directors of the Bank has resolved that the Register of TFC Holders will remain closed from 23 November 2023 to 6 December 2023 (both days inclusive) for determination of the tenth profit. The profit will be payable semiannually on the outstanding principal amount, and the payments will be made through digital mode by crediting into the bank accounts of those TFC holders, whose names appear in the Register on close of business on Wednesday, 22 November 2023.

The transfers received at THK Associates (Pvt.) Limited, Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street 2, DHA, Phase 7, Karachi, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Bank, by the close of business on 22 November 2023 will be treated in time for the entitlement of profit. Additionally, there is no change in the instrument rating of the Bank, which remains at A ("Single A") as notified by PACRA in June 2023. The draft of the Notice to TFC Holders (English & Urdu) will be published in the Business Recorder and Nawa-e-Waqt on Friday, 3 November 2023, as per the regulation of the PSX Rule Book.
