Karachi: Shadab Textile Mills Limited has announced a significant share transaction activity involving one of its substantial shareholders. The company has disclosed that Rukhsana Abdul Rashid, a substantial shareholder, executed a series of share sales over three days in late May 2025, as per the disclosure requirements under PSX Regulation 5.6.4.

The transactions began on May 26, 2025, when Rukhsana Abdul Rashid sold 283,500 shares at a price of 38.76 per share. This transaction reduced her cumulative holding to 2,000,000 shares, representing 12.05% of the company's total shares.

On May 27, 2025, she proceeded to sell an additional 300,000 shares at a rate of 42.61. Following this transaction, her cumulative shareholding declined to 1,700,000 shares, equating to a 10.24% stake.

The final transaction took place on May 29, 2025, with the sale of 200,000 shares at a price of 46.77 each. This brought her total shareholding down to 1,500,000 shares, which constitutes 9.03% of the total shares in the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions were executed in the designated market category 'CDC Ready.' The disclosure of interest by relevant persons holding company shares is a regulatory requirement aimed at maintaining transparency in shareholding patterns.
