Lahore: A substantial shareholder has increased its stake in Dandot Cement Company Limited, according to a recent disclosure.

On February 2, 2026, Dandot Cement Company Limited announced a transaction executed by Calicom Industries (Pvt) Limited. This substantial shareholder acquired additional shares in the company. The disclosure, made under PSX Regulation 5.6.4, details the transaction undertaken by Calicom Industries through the Central Depository Company (CDC) on January 30, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Calicom Industries purchased 498,000 shares of Dandot Cement. This acquisition raised its cumulative shareholding to 72.33%. The transaction was classified under the market category of “NOM.”
