Karachi: The Board of Directors of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) convened an emergent meeting on September 2, 2024, where they addressed the resignation of Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Imran Maniar.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the resignation, submitted by Mr. Maniar, was accepted by the Board, which acknowledged his significant contributions to the company during his tenure. Mr. Maniar's final day with SSGCL is slated for September 13, 2024.
The Board also communicated its respect for Mr. Maniar’s decision to pursue other opportunities and expressed gratitude for his dedicated service to the company.
