Karachi: Supernet Limited, a pioneering establishment in Pakistan’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, has announced a strategic rebranding initiative to operate under the name “Supernet Global,” effective December 31, 2025. This move aligns with the company’s aim to penetrate high-growth international digital markets.
The rebranding is part of Supernet’s long-term strategy to expand its footprint in international ICT and digital services across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. It aims to export Pakistan-origin digital, ICT, and managed service expertise to a global audience. The strategic shift comes in response to increasing ICT spending in these regions, fueled by government digitalization initiatives, growing cybersecurity demands, cloud adoption, and enterprise modernization efforts.
Founded in 1995, Supernet has amassed nearly three decades of experience in providing mission-critical ICT services, satellite connectivity, and managed services to sectors such as banking, energy, telecom, government, and large enterprises. With the new Supernet Global identity, the company plans to leverage this extensive experience internationally while enhancing Pakistan’s IT and service exports, thereby channeling foreign exchange inflows through cross-border service delivery.
Dubai is set to become the first regional hub for Supernet Global, utilizing its UAE-based subsidiary, Phoenix Global FZE, operational since 2018. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company will target enterprise, carrier, and institutional customers across several regions, maintaining its technical delivery, engineering, and managed services operations anchored in Pakistan.
Supernet Global’s international service offerings will encompass cybersecurity services, cloud and data solutions, managed ICT services, smart and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, enterprise connectivity through local partnerships, and satellite-based connectivity solutions. Satellite services, a core competence of the company, will continue to be a fundamental component of its international strategy, facilitating scalable cross-border delivery across various industry verticals.
The company emphasizes a partner-driven expansion strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and compliance through collaboration with licensed local operators and system integrators in relevant jurisdictions. It assures that existing operations, customer relationships, and commitments in Pakistan will remain unaffected by the rebranding initiative, ensuring continuity of its domestic operations.
TREC Holders have been advised to note these developments as Supernet Global embarks on this transformative journey.
