Karachi, Tariq Glass Industries Limited has issued a notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be convened on September 01, 2023. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Lahore, with an option for virtual participation via video link. The primary agenda of the EOGM is to elect seven directors of the company for a three-year term, starting from September 03, 2023, as fixed by the Board of Directors in accordance with section 159(1) of The Companies Act, 2017.

All retiring directors are eligible for re-election, and individuals wishing to contest the directorial election must adhere to the guidelines specified in Section 159(3) of The Companies Act, 2017, by submitting a notice of their intention to stand for election no later than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled EOGM.
