Karachi: Thal Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for September 10, 2024, to review the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, and to discuss potential entitlement declarations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), any corporate announcements resulting from this meeting will be communicated to the PSX during the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Reporting and Compliance System (PUCARS) timing on the following day, September 11, 2024.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, Thal Limited has declared a "Closed Period" from September 3, 2024, to September 11, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, directly or indirectly.
