Karachi: Trust Modaraba has experienced a notable trading activity involving its certificates, according to a disclosure of interest submitted by Mr. Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali. The transactions include both buying and selling activities that have impacted Mr. Pakhali's cumulative shareholding in the company.
On June 27, 2025, Mr. Pakhali executed a buy transaction involving 463,251 certificates at an average rate of 7.07. This acquisition increased his cumulative shareholding to 16.39 million certificates, representing 55.00% of the total shares.
Subsequently, Mr. Pakhali carried out a sell transaction on the same day, involving 309,572 certificates at an average rate of 7.27. As a result, his cumulative shareholding decreased to 16.08 million certificates, which accounts for 53.96% of the total shares.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transactions by Mr. Pakhali are classified as a big move due to the percentage change in the number of shares held. These activities are significant within the designated market category as they represent a substantial shift in the ownership structure of Trust Modaraba's certificates.
