Karachi: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has launched an updated suite of corporate services for the fiscal year 2024-25, aiming to bolster the capabilities of listed companies in areas of investor relations and regulatory compliance. This initiative reflects PSX's ongoing role as a frontline regulator and its commitment to enhancing the operational standards of its listed entities.
The enhanced Suite of Corporate Services, detailed in a recent announcement from PSX, includes a comprehensive range of options designed to support companies in strengthening their governance structures and compliance mechanisms. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the suite introduces two main package categories: the Foundation Package and the Advanced Package.
The Foundation Package, available throughout the fiscal year, includes basic and premium options priced at PKR 175,000 plus tax and PKR 240,000 plus tax, respectively. Each package offers a varying number of corporate analyst briefings, investor awareness sessions, and orientations on the PUCARS interface—a critical tool for compliance and reporting.
Meanwhile, the Advanced Package, available until August 2025, offers more extensive services, with basic and premium options priced at PKR 550,000 plus tax and PKR 950,000 plus tax, respectively. These include multiple DTP certifications, workshops facilitated by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG), and specialized training for company secretaries on regulatory affairs.
These structured offerings are part of PSX's strategic effort to provide listed companies with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of corporate governance and public accountability. By integrating third-party services from PICG and focusing on critical training and development areas, PSX ensures that its listed companies are well-equipped to meet both current and future challenges.
