Karachi: Symmetry Group Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for 29th October 2024. The meeting will take place at the company's head office located at Karachi. The primary agenda will be the review of the financial statements for the first quarter ending on 30th September 2024, along with the declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with the clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, a "Closed Period" has been established from 23rd October 2024 to 29th October 2024 (both days inclusive). This period precedes the announcement of results for the third quarter ending on 31st March 2024. Consequently, during the Closed Period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to deal in the shares of Symmetry Group Limited in any manner.
