Calcorp Limited Announces New Board Members Following Management Reshuffle

Karachi: Calcorp Limited has announced a significant change in its management structure with the resignation of six directors from its Board of Directors, effective May 30, 2025. The restructuring comes as part of a broader strategic shift within the company.

The directors who have stepped down include Mr. Haider Ali Hilaly, Mr. Saad Saeed Faruqui, Mr. Abdul Wajid Soharwardi, Mr. Zia Ullah Bhatti, Ms. Sana Shahzad, and Ms. Mashal Nida Zaman. These resignations have paved the way for new appointments aimed at steering the company in a different direction.

In their place, Calcorp Limited has welcomed five new members to its board. The incoming directors, effective May 30, 2025, are Mr. Asif Ali, Mr. Abdul Majeed Ghaziani, Mr. Kashif Mumtaz, Mr. Muhamad Hanif Shaikh, and Ms. Marium Shaikh. They will join Mr. Shahrukh Saeed Faruqui, who remains a director.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the changes in Calcorp Limited's board composition have been duly noted. The company, listed under the designated market category, is expected to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about these developments.
