Lahore: The Certificate Holders of First Punjab Modaraba have been informed of the upcoming Annual Review Meeting slated for July 30, 2025. The meeting will take place at the Registered Office of First Punjab Modaraba in Lahore, in accordance with Regulation No.33, Chapter IV of Modaraba Regulations, 2021. This meeting aims to review the Modaraba’s performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The Certificate Transfer Books will remain closed from July 24, 2025, to July 30, 2025, inclusive. Transfers submitted to the Registrar's office by the close of business on July 23, 2025, will be accepted. Certificate Holders who wish to attend the meeting via video link must send a valid email address to the designated contact at least seven days before the meeting. The Modaraba will facilitate access by sending participation links via email.

First Punjab Modaraba has made the annual audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, accessible on its website. The Certificate Holders are encouraged to submit comments or suggestions through the provided email or by contacting the specified mobile number at least seven days before the meeting date.

The meeting will provide a comprehensive review of First Punjab Modaraba’s financial performance and strategic direction. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the financial metrics and Modaraba's market position will be discussed in detail. The designated market category for First Punjab Modaraba remains pivotal as stakeholders prepare to engage in this evaluative assembly.
