Karachi: Arif Habib Limited (AHL) has announced plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 28, 2026, to elect its board of directors for the next three-year term. The meeting is scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters in Karachi.
The current board, comprising seven directors, will see all its members retire on the day of the meeting. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also announced the closure of its share transfer books from October 21, 2026, to October 28, 2026. Any share transfers completed by the close of business on October 16, 2026, will be eligible for consideration in determining shareholders' entitlements to attend and vote at the meeting.
