The meeting will commence at 11:00 a.m. at the OBAN Hotel, located at 81-C-II, Off M.M. Alam Road, Gulberg-III, Lahore. The announcement is set to be published in the Daily News and Duniya News on September 23, 2026, in both English and Urdu, aiming for comprehensive outreach to the Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
The AGM will conduct its ordinary business proceedings, beginning with the confirmation of the minutes from the previous 65th AGM held on October 24, 2025. A critical agenda item includes the review and adoption of the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Accompanying these financial documents are the Auditor's and Director's Reports, providing insights into the company’s financial health and operational performance.
Further, the meeting will address the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. The Board of Directors has recommended the reappointment of Kreston Hyder Bhimji & Co, Chartered Accountants, as the external auditors, following advice from the Audit Committee.
