For the quarter ending September 30, 2026, RPL reported a net revenue of 2.70 billion PKR, a decrease from the 3.04 billion PKR recorded in the same period the previous year. Despite this decline, the company demonstrated resilience with a gross profit of 240 million PKR, marking a 21% increase from the prior year's 198 million PKR. The gross margin improved to 8.9% from 6.5%, driven by a value-added product mix, reduced conversion costs, and solar savings.

However, the profit before levies and taxation saw a reduction, ending at 34 million PKR compared to the previous year's 45 million PKR. The profit after tax further declined to 12 million PKR from 36 million PKR a year earlier. Earnings per share stood at 0.08 PKR, down from 0.26 PKR.

Operating cash flow turned positive at 34 million PKR, and the company successfully reduced inventory by 276 million PKR. The balance sheet remains stable with a reported equity of 7.99 billion PKR and a current ratio of 1.51 times.

The company is making strategic progress with its Paper Mill project. Key developments include securing land mortgage and building plan approvals, receiving a draft bank term sheet, and advancing EPC negotiations towards financial closure.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company is classified under the designated market category. Despite subdued sector demand, RPL's focus on enhancing the quality of earnings and strategic developments underscores its commitment to long-term growth.
