Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has announced the successful credit of an interim cash dividend amounting to Re. 0.66 per unit, which represents a 6.6% distribution for its Dolmen City REIT scheme. The dividend, applicable for the fiscal year ending in June 2027, was electronically transferred to the designated bank accounts of eligible unit-holders on October 30, 2026.

The company acknowledged that the dividend payments for unit-holders who have not provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) or Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) have been temporarily withheld. This decision aligns with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. The withheld dividends will be addressed according to the laws and regulations enforced by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
