Karachi: Artistic Denim Mills Limited announced the unopposed election of its new board of directors at the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2026. The directors will serve a three-year term beginning on November 23, 2026.

The newly elected board comprises Mr. Muhammad Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Ahmed, Ms. Zahra Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Yazdani Zia as an independent director, Mr. Muneer Ahmed also as an independent director, Mr. Muhammad Ozair Qureshi, and Mr. Jamal Yousuf. These appointments come in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.
