Karachi: Askari Bank Limited has announced the closure of its transfer books for the 14th semi-annual profit payment on its Rated, Unsecured, OTC Listed Perpetual Term Finance Certificates (TFC-VI) amounting to Rs. 6.00 billion. The profit payment, scheduled for July 3, 2025, pertains to the TFC-VI issue that was initially launched on July 3, 2018.

The bank disclosed that the transfer books for this issue will remain closed from June 26, 2025, to July 2, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This information is crucial for TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange, as it delineates the period during which any transactions related to these certificates will be temporarily suspended.
