In a report dated August 4, 2026, CJPL stated that it is not aware of any factors contributing to substantial volatility in its share volume.
On July 20, 2026, the company received a formal inquiry from the PSX, identified as letter No. PSX/Gen-832, which sought to understand any underlying reasons for the unusual trading activity. In response, CJPL affirmed its commitment to transparency and compliance, referencing adherence to PSX regulations clause 5.6.1 and 5.6.3, as well as Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the inquiry was prompted by noticeable fluctuations in the trading volume of CJPL shares, spurring the need for clarification from the company. CJPL reassured that any future developments involving material or price-sensitive information would be disclosed in accordance with legal requirements.
