Lahore: The Crescent Textile Limited has scheduled a board meeting for Friday, April 10, 2026, to discuss matters not related to financial results, according to a company notification issued on April 3, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via video link at 10:00 a.m.

The company has also declared a "Closed Period" from April 3, 2026, to April 10, 2026, inclusive of both dates. This decision aligns with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive of the company is permitted to trade the company's shares, directly or indirectly.

The notice further instructed that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange should be informed about the closed period.
