Lahore: Dandot Cement Company Limited, during its 40th Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2024, confirmed key resolutions concerning financial statements and the appointment of auditors for the upcoming year. The meeting, which commenced at 9:00 A.M. at the company’s registered office, aimed to address both ordinary business matters and financial oversight.

The members of the company confirmed the minutes of the earlier Extra Ordinary General Meeting that took place on May 10, 2024. These minutes were circulated among the attendees and subsequently signed by the Chairman as an accurate record of the discussions and decisions made.

The meeting proceeded to discuss the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, alongside the accompanying Auditors' and Directors' Reports. The financial statements were received, considered, and formally adopted by the members.

Another significant resolution during the meeting was the appointment of M/s. Parker Russell - A.J.S., Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2024-25. The Chief Executive of Dandot Cement was authorized to negotiate and set the remuneration for the newly appointed auditors.
