Karachi: Engro Corporation Limited has confirmed the recovery of share certificates previously reported lost by shareholder Ms. Henna Inam. The certificates, which represent 100 shares with distinctive numbers from 332036120 to 332036219 and certificate number 15611656, were located and are now accounted for.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Ms. Inam, whose shares are registered under folio number E0001861, initially reported these securities missing. The certificates were housed at Engro Corporation Limited’s office on the 4th Floor, Executive Tower, Dolmen City, Marine Drive, Block-4, Clifton, Karachi, under the care of Ms. Samira Kamil.

In light of the recovery, Engro Corporation has issued a notice to the members of the exchange, advising them that the certificates are valid and should be treated as such in market transactions. This notice helps ensure that the trading of these shares resumes without hindrance, maintaining the integrity of trading activities on the exchange.
