Karachi: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has announced a revision in its Book Closure dates for entitlement to the final cash dividend and attendance at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company issued a letter referencing an earlier communication dated March 13, 2025, to inform stakeholders of the updated dates.

The Revised Book Closure period for the entitlement of a 42.5% final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and the AGM attendance has been set from April 11, 2025, to April 18, 2025, inclusive of both days. The company has stated that share transfer requests received by the close of business on April 10, 2025, at the office of their Shares Registrar, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, will be considered in time for the dividend entitlement and AGM attendance.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Fatima Fertilizer has communicated these changes to ensure that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange are duly informed.

The closure of the Share Transfer Books is a routine procedure that allows the company to determine which shareholders are eligible for the dividend payout and AGM participation.
